Contact
There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you type. Instead there is one email address, and it goes to a mailbox read by people working for the publisher.

Post sent to that address reaches the publisher, although email is answered considerably faster.
What is answered, and roughly how quickly
Corrections. If something in the course is wrong, out of date or unclear, say which page and which sentence. These are the most useful messages this site receives and they are acted on first.
Broken or changed links. Government guidance pages move. If a link fails, naming the page it was on is enough.
Privacy requests. Put the words "Privacy request" in the subject line. Asking costs nothing and a reply is sent within 30 days. The Privacy Policy sets out what can be asked for and what happens next.
Complaints about this site. Write in, and a reply is sent within 30 days. If a privacy complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints at oaic.gov.au.
What cannot be answered here
This site is not operated by any game company and holds no account, billing or technical information about anyone's game. Requests to recover an account, cancel a subscription, obtain a refund or report another player must go to the game company itself; Step 5 of the course explains which kind of problem goes where.
Nor can individual legal, financial or parenting advice be given. The course points to the Australian bodies that publish authoritative material on each topic, and those bodies are better placed than this publisher to answer a question about your own situation.
What happens to your message
Your email, including the address it came from, anything you choose to put in it and any attachment, is held in the mailbox operated by our email service provider, which may store data outside Australia. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it needs to be kept for a legal claim. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. The full account is in the Privacy Policy.
You may write under a pseudonym, or from an address that does not identify you, for anything except a privacy access or correction request — those need enough identification to be sure the information is going to the right person.
